Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports Science Courses is a 3 years degree program which prepares students for the emerging field of sports science and physical education, and equips the students to start careers as health, yoga and fitness instructors, fitness counsellors, sports facility planners.

 

A degree in Physical Education and Sports Science is an interdisciplinary program that combines the principles of physical education and sports science to provide students with a broad understanding of the physical, psychological, and social aspects of sports and physical activity.

The program typically covers various topics such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, sports nutrition, and sports management.
