Every student in the Physical Education and Sports program has the chance to take part in an extensive program that includes team sports, lead-up games, skill development, and physical fitness exercises. Together with instruction in the techniques, tactics, and regulations specific to each sport, the students participate in physical conditioning exercises as part of their educational process. 

 

Through individual sports units, the students will also have the chance to engage in physical activities that they can do for the rest of their lives. Cooperation, leadership, fair play, and friendly rivalry are all encouraged by the program. Students pursuing this course have access to international standard sports playfields and a well-stocked library.

Given that physical education has long been recognized as an essential component of education overall, students pursuing a physical education degree will be equipped with the skills necessary to carry out and instruct in various areas of physical education, exercise, and sport in educational settings.
