Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in our workshops/courses offered on www.iser.education operated by Sportal Corporate Pvt Ltd

We would like to inform you that once purchased, our workshops/courses cannot be canceled, and are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the course, you may opt to transfer your enrollment to another candidate or choose to attend a different batch.

Please note that the certificate of completion will only be issued to the candidate attending the entire course and passing the required examination.

If you decide to transfer your enrollment to another candidate or choose to attend a different batch with a higher fee, you will need to pay the differential amount. If the replacement batch you choose has a lower fee, a credit note will be issued to you for the differential amount. You may use this credit note as partial or full payment for any other course offered by Sportal Corporate Pvt Ltd.

For any questions regarding batch changes or candidate name transfers, please contact us at director@sportalcorporate.org. Please note that any such requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course, after which no changes will be allowed.

If a candidate fails to attend the workshop/course or examination, they will be marked absent, and no replacement lectures or examinations will be provided. Please note that in such cases, the candidate will not be eligible for a refund.
